At NurseRambo.com, each item is custom-made with care, just for you. Because of this, we typically do not accept general returns for reasons like color preference, sizing, shipping delays, or buyer’s remorse.
That said, if there’s ever an issue with your order — such as damage, defects, or a mistake — we’ll gladly review it and make it right where eligible. Your satisfaction matters.
🚨 Eligible Return Reasons
We accept returns if:

⏳ You have 45 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any of the above issues.

📌 Do not send anything back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

🙅 Buyer’s remorse or personal preference

👕 Items that have been worn or washed

🎁 Gift cards, sale items, or custom/personalized orders

🧼 Health or personal care items (e.g., face masks)

📦 Orders received later than expected but still within normal shipping windows
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.)

We do offer exchanges, but only in cases where there is clear proof of a defect, damage, or incorrect item.
📸 Photo evidence is required for all exchange requests, just like with returns. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost. Please contact us first before taking any action.
